Shipping policy

Suppla is operated by EVOPRIME SOLUTIONS LLC. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $5.95. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost, delayed, or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows your package as delayed, lost, or undelivered, please email support@getsuppla.com and we will help resolve the issue promptly.
