Subscription Policy

Suppla subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save") give you an extra 15% off every order, delivered on the schedule you choose. This policy explains exactly how they work. Suppla is operated by EVOPRIME SOLUTIONS LLC, 120 E Grand Ave, Clovis, NM 88101, United States.

How billing works

When you start a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal, at the discounted price shown at checkout (plus any applicable tax), until you cancel. Your delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months) is shown at checkout and in your account, along with your next order date.

How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time, in just a few clicks: log into your account, open your subscription, and select Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future orders. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum number of orders, and nothing to return. You can also email support@getsuppla.com and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

Skip, pause, or change

From your account you can also skip a delivery, pause your subscription, change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address, or update your payment method at any time before your next renewal.

Refunds

Every subscription order is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the same as one-time purchases.

Price changes

If we ever change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
